How do I reserve a pickleball court?

Open the Play Farm booking system, select your date and duration, choose an available court and time, enter your details, then complete the GCash payment steps.

Do I need an account to rent a court?

No. Court Rental supports guest checkout. You can also sign in or create an account if you want your reservations organized under My Bookings.

Do I need an account to join a Play Farm Meet?

Yes. Meets require a player account because registrations use player identity, roster status, waitlists, attendance, and booking updates.

Are the courts available 24 hours?

The booking system supports 24/7 court availability, subject to existing reservations, temporary closures, and court time assigned to Play Farm Meets.

How is GCash payment confirmed?

Follow the QR and payment instructions, submit the requested reference and proof, and wait for Play Farm staff to verify the transaction before the booking becomes confirmed.

Can I reschedule or cancel a Court Rental?

Court Rental is non-cancellable and non-refundable. One availability-based reschedule may be requested before the booking cutoff shown by the system. Meet rules may differ.

Can I reserve both courts?

Yes. When both courts are available, select the same start time for Court 1 and Court 2. The system combines them under one booking reference and one payment.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable sports clothing and shoes, bring water, and bring your paddle and pickleballs if required for your session.
